"As you can imagine with our very unique position this was not easy to do. We originally picked Herefor instead of several other agencies because they gave us a feeling of ‘good uncomfortable’. They did work that wasn’t in the boring box of design and they matched their design work with an immense level of empathy. They dove into our world with countless counter-briefs and concept ideations (even if out of scope) to ensure we were aligned and got what we believe a ground-breaking and disruptive category design.
